Due to the nature of digital marketing and custom services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started
- Payment was made in error (duplicate payment)
- Service cancellation request is made within an agreed grace period (if applicable)
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Website design or development once work has commenced
- SEO services after execution has begun
- Digital advertising setup and management
- Social media management and content creation
- Consultation or strategy sessions
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on:
- Work already completed
- Resources allocated
- Time invested in the project
Any approved partial refund will exclude administrative or processing fees.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request service cancellation by providing written notice.
Cancellation does not guarantee a refund once work has started.
